I had gotten two storage units from this place on June 26 2023 i was told it was half off for 4 months the guy explained the fee over 4 days they took multiple payments out of my account on July 2nd another fee came out for a larger fee which i did not understand that the young lady said the guy was suppose to tell me about a fee which he didn't i have been trying to contact a superior since no-one was ever available once i started leaving bad reviews then a guy comes on and says your a liar all this other stuff so i called another office and today i got a call saying he is the guy that called me a liar and there is no-one else i can speak to and i told him how the world i didn't have a storage unit for a month and ya'll took almost $450 out of my account they are rude they told me there is no manager no corporate number they are not giving me anything i have all paperwork from move in date to leaving date and they did not return any of my money no nothing but $5 and change i want to speak to someone bigger because the so called Director is disrespectful and they are frauds. Resolution Sought They need to issue me some of my money back i have used storage spaces and they are by far the worse they tell u stuff to sound good while robbing you the whole time.
