Company Response

Our facility has never knowingly allowed any homeless person/other persons to occupy a unit at our storage facility. If it is brought to our attention that someone is suspected of occupying our facility for any other reason than storage then we investigate the matter and send a notice of warning to said customer. Our facility provides rental storage units, for stored items only, practice space and rental parking spaces for unoccupied vehicles and at NO time should a storage unit or vehicle parked inside/outside of our gated area be inhabited for any other purposes; if so they will be considered defiant trespassing and we will involve the township police in order to enforce our policy. Mr. Glass, the complainant, who has had storage at our facility for 15 plus years has brought his concerns about the tenants in unit #0190 to our office management and they are both aware of the issue and are currently/actively going through the investigating process and proper channels to deal with the complaint/customers in #190, which Mr. Glass has been informed that there is a procedure to follow and we can not just get rid of someone because another customer does not like/agree with them. Mr. Glass has also had personal conflict with the customers in unit #190 (who have also brought complaints against him to our office) and personal conflicts with several other customers at the facility for which he has been reprimanded for. He has also had complaints brought against him for reasons of inhabiting/occupying his unit/vehicle for purposes other than storage and those have been investigated through the proper channels too. At this time our management at the office on site is handling this situation in the most professional and timely manner.
