I have rented a storage room at this location and I call to ask about a price of the amnesty and they was explaining it to me it was never offered to me. The lady told me that the amnesty will be there when I needed it. They never explained to me that the amnesty's will go up or anything not once. They was making everything up by mouth and was going with it and putting false stuff into the computer be they had the access to do it management very unprofessional. I tried to come to a resolution with them but they wouldn't Resolution Sought To come to a resolution and take out my things

Company states; Please find our corporate response below: • 9/18/22 - Tenant offered $100 amnesty 7 day vacate • 10/6/2022 - Tenant scheduled for auction due to non-payment Auction postponed due to tenant's promise to pay via HRA program. Tenant nor HRA program paid. • 11/1/22 Tenant rescheduled for November 2022 auction for non-payment • 11/5/22 Tenant offered $200 amnesty 48 hour vacate Tenant attempted to use the expired amnesty terms from 9/18/22 which were defaulted on. Tenant was advised amnesty is half of the outstanding balance and fees continue to accrue during a status of non-payment. • 11/8/2022 Amnesty agreement signed by Tenant • 11/11/22 Tenant vacated unit
