I've had a storage unit for over a year here and due to recent new ownership my autopay was canceled understandably. I have made numerous phone calls to both the corporate payment office and the local building itself with no answer or calls back. Automated payment options say i do not have an account, and the numerous times i've gone into the building physically, during business hours there are no employees on site. I cannot even access my unit to remove my items and its been over 30 days of trying to contact ANYONE as to not loose all of my belongings due to 'missed payment'. Resolution Sought All i want is for them to take my payment and allow me access to my own items to remove them from the facility
