They was hired to do a deep cleaning on my ducts but it was later brought to my attention that they did not do so and no longer taking my calls on the issue. Resolution Sought Just simply refund me my money

We went back and did the job again. ( even though we are a subcontractor for Green Clean). The Customer (Ms. Ricks) was satisfied with our job this time.
