I had storm windows put in and when it came time for inspection someone from their company came over to check windows and said they would not pass and needed to be redone. I have had 2 appointments scheduled with a supervisor and they never showed up and done answer my calls. 1 window doesn't even have a screen. What can I do? Resolution Sought I want my windows done right.

It has been over a year and my windows are not Done. We where told six to eight weeks. When we called them we got voice massages and no one calls us back. Then they came to install the window that was defective from factory and maid my wife sign a paper saying the windows were done. They told her that the paper said the outside of window was done. They started taking money out of my bank account. I don't have a problem paying for the work. I just want the work to be done. Resolution Sought Finish the job.
