Storm Tight Windows complaints

I had a front door, a sliding glass door and a French door installed almost 3 years ago. It has been a year ago that I called them and inform them that my French door would not open it will not open. I have not been able to get it open for almost a year now they came out sent somebody out the guys that they sent out, said they could not get it open. They were afraid they were gonna break the doors And then they w went about their day. When I spoke to storm tight again, they informed us they were ordering new doors for us and it would take 6 to 8 weeks which again was what it took to get the original. I said OK then we heard nothing at the eight week mark, we called them. They told us the doors are not ready yet, but they see they've been ordered. They're not ready. This has been going on for a year approximately three months ago we were told that the doors would be coming in in two weeks and within 72 hours of those two weeks they will be calling to get it to schedule an install. It is three months later almost 4 months now we still have not gotten any contact from them and they are no longer taking our phone calls or returning our phone calls we have multiple times left messages. They're not returning calls When we call we go straight to voicemail with no returning call. I still have no working back door, my permits have been expired. I don't have enough space for my full complaint Resolution Sought Ideally, my doors to be fixed functional my permit closed out or a refund so I can go hire a company.
