I re used my cell phone for 65 dollars it tells you that you qualify for $100 towards a new phone but then when you call in to use it then its no you have to get $65 card for 12 months which it did not say. Resolution Sought I want my $100 towards a new phone

I bought phone and service two days ago ever since I activated it been getting spam calls and text I never gave out number Resolution Sought No more spam calls or text
