I've had straight talk service for quite some time. They have attempted to automatically take money out of my bank close to a week beforehand, resulting in insufficient funds. I've tried to get a hold of their representatives they will not answer. I will be put on hold for hours and hours or they will just hang up on me. I am asking that my phone be unlocked but they say will not unlock and my phone number. farted out so that I may leave their business. I am on disability and chronically ill with a severe anxiety disorder amongst many other things, and the stress has caused so much problems when trying to get a hold of straight talk. Resolution Sought Unlock my phone transfer my number to another provider

After being transferred 3 times I talked to a supervisor and was told I'd see a refund i 3 to 5 days over a week later nothing . I called today and was transferred 4 times after almost 2 hours and being on hold I finally hung up . Resolution Sought Refund my 35.90 .
