They are a disgrace to the people of Florida They need to be took down for their customer service and their practices. They want to keep you on the phone hours at a time with no result in your favor. They should be dissbaand from doing business in the state of Florida. I have no problem when I'm but the way they look at it there always right. You ask to talk to a supervisor They tell me there's no supervisor. I pay my bills on time I don't owe them a dime. But I have had problems with them from my Acp benefits for my internet service bringing charged the full amount when my ACP benefits are still good. Shut this busines down in florida we don't need

I have recently been having issues with straight talk wireless. They take your rewards without you receiving service for them, they make up rules as they go, customer support sends you in circles so they don't have to deal with you, they are thiefs.
