Straub Technologies complaints

On the afternoon of 10/24/2022,16;30 hours I called William Herrick aka Embry at Straub technology's/Cnc block works. I called and had a clear intention to pick up my friends Mast ls7 jesel pattern cylinder heads BNIB. Unopened. I was brief and let Embry know on the early am of 10-25-2022, I would arrive to pick up my friends cylinder heads that had no inspections or work performed to them by Straub technology employees. I arrived at 0811 on 10-25-2022, walked inside the facility with no protest from the owner or workers, I asked for the heads and the were missing from the cart they were waiting on for my friend block so than a invoice of actual work needed can be created. The heads were unavailable per Embry that Chris Straub (owner) had held the as Randaome for Sammy Pena my business friend who had work done that was not completed so Sammy charged back The owner for not communicating concerns about the unfinished work and changed charges,(separate person from the mast heads owner Steven Morris. and I, I met Chris as he walked in the entry door we hand shook we introduced ourselves I asked for the heads he demanded Sammy's money he feels Sammy owes I made clear we're separate with prof of invoices of my work paid in full for and what he paid for on his separate parts..I said I need the heads again to Chris and he demanded I leave(omit) his shop. He stolen Steven Morris's mast heads. Now wants $500 on a money order. Resolution Sought Pay for shipping, sign a letter in print he and no humans or accidentally mishaps or intentionally damage has altered the brand new mast ls7 jesel heads, I want him to notarize the letter and all costs associated to be Chris Straubs or any affiliated help to him or company to pay for the costs in the entirety, I want him charged with theft, and tampering with video surveillance to not show myself being assaulted by Billy Fisher. If he complies I will have no further dealings or actions taken.
