Strawberry Road Auto Sales complaints

I tried to purchase a vehicle at this location. I was approved for a loan through my bank. I explained to them that I wanted to stay within certain budget. They said they understood and they assured me that my car payments would be around we agreed upon. They kept insisting that I put a down payment of 2.5k before signing the contract which raised some red flags because I'm supposed to read the contract before signing it. Then they told me that I have to put insurance on the vehicle before purchasing it to which I agreed and they got me the insurance at their dealership. I asked them for a car fax for the vehicle because I asked them if the title was clean and they said the title was clean but the car fax showed the vehicle has been in an accident. They completely lied and misrepresented everything to me. Then they wanted me to sign the contract before I could even read it claiming that my payments would be within the amount we agreed up. I asked to see where in the contract showed the amount and for how long. The contract showed that my monthly payment would be almost $200 more than what was discussed. When I told them that was not the amount discusses and that I don't agree to those terms and I would not be signing the contract, the accountant said that then he would give met deposit back also take my business elsewhere. To which I said it was fine. Five minutes later the accountant and the manager comes out trying to talk me out of it and I said I was not getting the c Resolution Sought They have been giving the run around to return my 2.5k back and when I called to cancel the insurance which was placed on the car by them, they refused to give me a letter of none possession, therefore my $300 Will not be refunded to me. I want the to give me my down payment of $2.5k and $300 I had to pay for the insurance back.
