Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have and issue with the indirect cost. They are charging me $9,438for room and board with a charge of personal expenses $825. This is my 3rd term. I ask the school and they couldn't give valid explanation. Then on one occasion it's going to the people who aren't able to receive financial assistance. My thing is I shouldn't have to pay back what I don't receive. Resolution Sought A explanation and refund.
