I had a terrible experience at street and fleet auto repair I took my 1992 Honda Accord in just to have Billy do a tuneup on it. The car ran and drove great before I took it to him. I just wanted it to perform better and get rid of a squeak the car had I then took the vehicle to Billy on March 5th And he began to say he was going to start on the tuneup and then texted Billy March 6 seeing how everything was going then sent me a quote of how much it was going to cost and I said great so I go down there to pick up the vehicle and he just starts explaining to me how the person that had this vehicle before me did not take care of it, and that it's pretty beat up he had explained to me but keep in mind the vehicle ran great and had no problems with it. I just wanted to get a tuneup and make it perform better and fix that squeak that it had I pay Billy then he explains to me that his printer is not working and then I cannot get a receipt for the vehicle so I say OK well can I come pick it up possibly tomorrow or something? He said yeah that is fine and I said OK well I'd love to have a receipt showing the work you completed on my vehicle. He said OK once my stuff is up and running I will give you a call So I get in the vehicle, started up and begin to drive out of the parking lot and the car was running super rough the second I started it I made it probably a mile down the road and my car dies on the side of the road I called Billy and asked what I should do and he says tow it back Resolution Sought After giving him 1300$ I don't have money to spend to get it towed back to him and he then states if it was any other day he would come help after I just payed him 1300$ to basically break my car and I took the vehicle back to him a week or so later after I got money he then stated my engine was blown up and I had water in my pistons? Charged me 100$ to pick up after I towed it there and he left everything he touched not put back together this man deserves to be shut down he is a dirty mechanic.

Company states: Customer came in told me they just recently bought the car 1992 honda accord and wanted to do a tune up. they told me they bought the car and the person that owned took really good care of it. So i popped the hood to start tune up found care has been in accident and radiator is held in by zip ties cause bolt holes no longer line up ( Not Well Taken Care Of). but i was there to do tune up so i did pulled spark plug wires cap and rotor except rotor for distributor was glued on and there was oil in spark plug hole gave customer option they chose to repair oil leak and get new distributor. so i proceeded did the tune up changed valve cover gaskets and distributor. while valve cover was off i saw that oil looked really nasty.. once again not well taken care of . checked fluids on care and found that the radiator was low and raiator had copper in it from block/ headgasket sealant. looked for leak found leak from coolant output cover gasket told the customer part was cheap enough and easy enough to access told them i would do it and not charge. they said ok so i did but it was low enough that only about 1 court of coolant came out the customer told me he would bring the coolant. customer never brought coolant i asked if he wanted me to put some in he said NO that he will grab it on the way the oriellys was his first stop which was literally right down the road. got a phone call an hour later he was broke down on side of road so i ask did you stop by and get coolant he said no he didn't. i was in middle of moving my shop to another location and so i did not have internet at the time thats why i was not able to print reciept right away. couple days later he had car towed to my shop i told him if issue have anything to do with the parts that i touch that it would be covered but if its a problem that has nothing to do with me then there will be a diagnoses fee he agreed. pulled car in shop checked for spark has spark checked for fuel has fuel went to do compression check found that coolant was shooting out of cylinder 3. I told the customer that cylinder head had to come off that most likely it would be blown head gasket but there always a small chance that it could be a cracked cylinder or cracked head. but i wont know with out pulling head and inspecting cylinder 3 and head gasket to make sure. Nothing i did would cause the problems he has. when he showed up i had both reciept that he asked for cause now i have internet. the kid bought a lemon and thats unfortunate there were so many red flags and i should not be held responsible for these issues. i even told him on phone all the red flags that i saw before tune up but he still wanted it done
