I've been living at 858 Green Oak Terrace, Macon, Ga 31210 since August 2022. I've made several complaints about the plumbing and all they did was send someone to come and make the pipes release all the waste into the back yard of the unit. As of December 22, 2022, we had a power line fall during the storm. We were placed under a freeze warch. It cause the meter box to be snatched off the side of the house. I have 3 kids. I called and made 6 emergency complaints and still today no one has fixed this issue. My kids and I have been sleeping on someone's floor since December 23,2022 all of our groceries are spoiled, we have no food. I still have a back yard full of sewage and no power because they have not sent anyone to repair the box so that or power can be restored. Resolution Sought All I want is to be able to flush my toilet and not have everything I just flushed drained into my back yard, I would also like to be able to sleep in bed, in my house with power.
