I took my car in for oil change on 10/05/2022 before my long trip to see my sick mom in Orlando fl. This company never told me I had a leak of any kind.. I drove all the way to Florida and car started acting like it was losing power come to find out after alternator caught on fire. That oil got into the alternator some how.. I ended up losing my car. Costing many people lots of money in expenses that didn't need to happen if i had been told i had an oil leak to begin with or that they may have spilled oil by accident.. as I know I didn't have one before going to get the oil change Resolution Sought I like to be compensated the cost of my car value and for the added expenses others I to shell out please in hotel fees and transport fees..

After futher investigation and review of our camera footage, it was determined that there was a pre-existing oil leak, which was also notated on the receipt the customer received. After reviewing camera's footage, it showed there was no oil spill under the hood during the service. There was nothing out of the ordinary done to this vehicle, this was a standard procedure and all guidelines were followed by our technicians. Unforatunately we will not honor the customer's request for compensation, as she was also notified of this.

They admitted to knowing their was a leak but never told me verbally. Put it on the receipt in very tiny print.. but didnt tell me that it was on the reciept until after I called them to tell them I was now stranded in Florida.. the damage caused by them not telling me I had a leak. Couldn't be fixed i know whenni bought this car two month ago it didnt have a leak at all.. if they had told me that I had an issue I could have had it fixed before taking the trip to see my sick dieing mother. As my visit with her was me stressing out over my car. This was their responsibility to let the customer know there is a problem. Of which they didnt do verbally.. I didnt think to look at the reciept to see that there was a problem. When ever i took any of my other vehicles in I was told verbally of issue I need to address. so please reconsider your decision and compensate me for the lost and expenses I had to endure thank you
