Customer Complaint

A customer paid me through stripe.com , due to services I provided,. My account was locked and blocked, I have no access to the funds in the account and I cannot reverse or recieve the payments. Im telling them to refund the customer and they keep giving me the run around. Due to this, im having a hard time with that customer, and all I want in conclusion is to stripe.com to return the customers money. I exhausted all my options through them via email and phone call, but nothing was resolved. Resolution Sought Refund the customers money

Stripe has held my business account money in their processing app and will not release it to my bank. It has been over a week and there is no resolve on how long they will hold the money for and cannot speak to the team that is working on it. I do not get replies back from the reps that say they will escalate and reply . I don't know how they have the right to hold my patients payments to my business and not release them. I have thousands sitting in the account with no hope of a release date. Resolution Sought I would like Stripe to release my rightful funds and then close my account.
