I was quoted a price of 120.00 an hour for 2.5 hour job. I was charged ii 680.00. I was not given a receipt. It took two days to receive a bill and there was over 400.00. in unexpected charge's Was told I would get some the fees back. It has been two months The problem has not been resolved. Resolution Sought Give me the money that is owed to me.

The extra $200 charges mentioned were for valuation insurance coverage that was not waive upon signing as required per our contract. Even though charges were valid and signed for S.A.M. still agreed to waive these fees even after service were already rendered. The customer has already been refunded $100 which was paid via their credit card on file. The remaining $100 was paid in cash and could not be refunded to the card. The customer was then sent a check via mail. That check was later canceled after we received notice that it had not been received. At that time the customer was informed that they could pick up a $100 Visa/Mastercard card in person at our offices located at 600 Rodeo Drive, Erlanger, KY 41018. The card is still being held for the customer to pick up at their earliest convenience.
