They never cut my hair and charged me 15.00. Then gave me a deep conditioning and charged me 30.00 and never rinsed it out. Resolution Sought Just return the money

Company states; The client that wrote that review actually did receive a refund for her haircut. She also was accompanied by her sister which then demanded a refund after she saw her sister getting a refund. This women is the one that actually received the haircut and a deep conditioning treatment. When I told her that she had no grounds for a refund she became very confrontational. She actually refused to leave the business and the police had to be called. She was then escorted out by a police officer. I asked her to please never return to the business. Thank you,
