I stayed from February 2nd, 2023 to February 20th, 2023. My experience was horrible to say the least, the manager of the site named Maria was very aggressive and unprofessional and discriminated against my family which stopped us from freely practicing our religion by forcing my wife to take down out prayer banner that hangs over our bed, she did this with the door open in front of other guest while I was at work. The excuse they gave me for the disturbance was a routine welfare room check if you stay longer than a week I was told by the manager when my wife called me at work crying. Maria the manager has the door open to our room wide and my wife had no clothes on and she demanded that my wife take down our banner. I called the front several times they kept sending men workers to my room. I have the text message conversations between me and my wife when the events took place I can upload,I checked out on Feb 20th, I took pictures of the room before I turned my key into the front desk. On fed 21st I called and spoke with an employee regarding my 100 deposit I was told that they release deposits after 10am I told her that I would pick it up around five that day. I wasn't able to make it the whole week because of my busy work schedule, Friday Feb 24th I called and was told call back to speak to Maria the manager, I called back and was told that our deposit was being kept because we stole blankets and towels, I took pics that show otherwise . The facility also has cameras Resolution Sought I am seeking a full refund of 1400 for my stay plus my 100 deposit, I have Text messages conversation and pictures of my room at check out with all the blankets and towels present, can upload or email pics as proof to support my claim.
