I stored some furniture and personal belongings,apt furnishings in this storage facility, with a signed agreement on rent about 4 or 5 years ago.The business was sold to storage pros.out of Calif and Nevada.Now this new management has been charging me a convenience fee to pay my bill over the phone.Also has raised my rent by $5. 6mos ago,and now has just raised the rent again by $20. Seems to be a seasonal raise.i use to have a 10 day grace period on the contract,not any more they won't honor it.The storage manager has not just taken my payment without an argument starting,i said I would have to pull my storage out due to his raises.i don't know if he is raising rent on everyone.Nothing has been honored on my agreement that I signed,as far as rent goes.I am currently out of state and my relocation address fell through.Moving my furniture is a huge inconvenience at this time.I drive in from out of state and My gate code doesn't work and that started an argument.I arrived 2 days after my rent due date on 5th.Then manager states everyone's due date is on the 1st.So now I'm getting raises where I can't afford it anymore.its covid right now. That's a really lousy thing when you have a signed agreement (and they won't Grandfather my contract.) ,I'm staying in a motel till I find place to live.finding people to move furniture is expensive.apartment to put it in. I haven't totaled up the few late fees and raises .and convenience fees.Manager says fine with him,if he loses my busines Resolution Sought Honor my contract that I signed with previous owner. And fix my entrance code on line and at facility. I signed to one certain price that ,I shopped around for.storage number G215.rent is always paid.I never had a problem with previous manager with old owners.
