I went to Style by Lydia Salon on June 3rd 2023..I paid Lydia $168.00 for an Relaxer, black Rinse and Rollerset under the dryer. Lydia put Relaxer and black rinse on my hair, while Lydia working on other people's hair, she had her inexperienced sister wash and rollerset my hair. I told her sister she was shampooing my hair too rough, her sister got mad and scalled my scalp with very hot water. I have sore on my ear from where her sister rollerset my hair and the long metal needles used to hold the roller in place burnt a sore on my ear while under dryer. I didn't feel and see the burnt sore on my ear until I was home. Lydia was performing work on three other people when she was supposed to have been doing my hair in the 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 slot to do do my hair. I want my total $168.00 returned back to me for very poor service. Resolution Sought Refund my $168.00 back to me my hair is very thin in back from being scalled in hot water by her sister. Her sister is inexperienced and has no license to perform her. Lydia collect all money and her sister do the work. Lydia did eye threading on my eye very unevenly.
