I booked medium knotless braids & was given jumbo plaits, she took a smoke break & came back smelling like a pound of weed, she was extremely unprofessional & when I texted her nicely with pictures showing how my hair turned out she said I will not be receiving a refund & how she doesn't care how my hair turned out, she told me that I should be grateful that she did my hair because she claims my hair had something on it like oil or leave in conditioner which is a lie! She even hit me on my arm while I was in her chair & getting my hair done! Resolution Sought I would like for her to give me a full refund for my hair!
