Stylish Decorators complaints

On November the 26th of 2023, a male by the name of Austin who operates out of a company by the name of stylish Decorators located at 3314 White planes Road Bronx New York 10467, visited my home to pick up 4 chairs to be upholstered and repainted. Austin is someone who had done some work for my sister and she had referred me to him. we had several conversations on the phone in reference as to how I would like the chairs to be done. We choose the colors and textures of the materials to be used on the chairs. He was accompanied by his friend Anthony to pick up the chairs. i have paid him$2100 so far he used old dirty materials on the chairs not the material I choose. He refused to answer my calls i spoke to him about 3 times after he got the money from me. He told me he has prostate cancer, he is going to Florida to fix his roofing and every thing unimaginable he is telling me. He refused to returned my chairs cut me off completely and overcharged me. I am so upset because i know for a fact that if it was a male individual he would not treated them so disrespectful. I am so disgusted by what he did. His phone number is 347- 355-2483. I would like for him to fix back my white chair exactly as how he got it from me and have them delivered to me I don't want him anywhere near me because I don't trust him I believe he is capable of any and every thing. I have all my receipts i Zelled the payments to his daughter and friend -business phone number 718-881-7691. Resolution Sought He mentioned he has been doing reupholstering for over 30 years and for him to strip my good chairs and intentionally do this type of work on them it is heart-rending I would like for him to fix my chairs exactly how he got them from me using the materials I choose and have them delivered to me minus him I still can't digest what he has done to me and I don't even know him that well. I do not trust him for what he did and continued to do. 4 small chairs should not cost $2500 to reupholster.
