I bought my certified pre owned car on 10 14 23. They have had my car 6 of the 7 weeks I have owned it. Had a rattle that needed to be found and fixed. They stated 3 times over 5 weeks that it was fixed but it wasn't. My husband picked up the car all 3 times, still rattling. I actually provided them a list of things to check for on 11 24 23. They finally figured out what the noise was based on the list I provided, I am not a service technician. They fixed it on 12 1 23. I was supposed to finally get my car back. They hit a car inside their shop, which caused light to be broken, and damage, scratches on front bumper. So now I sit and wait for who knows how long until it's fixed. The service team did not keep me in the loop, only would give me answers if I called. The technician did not take the time to figure out my cars noise, they just parked it for a week at a time and moved on to other cars. I finally got service manager David to call me, he is so far refunding me $400.00 in gas money for a huge gas guzzler loaner car. I am asking for an additional $460.00 to be given to me for the first 2 car payments I had to make and I have no car. This is the worst service and lousy follow thru on their end. I am losing patience and am demanding they get my car back to me within 48 hours and $460.00 additional for my first 2 car payments. Service and techs were not professional in my mind, they blew me off constantly with excuses. Please help. Resolution Sought Get my car back from body shop by Wednesday 12 6 23 and back to me. Reimburse my first 2 car payments totalling $460.00 as they have had my car 6 of the 7 weeks I have owned it.
