Either charge taxes when they ring up your items or charge taxes after the total

My complaint is about they advertise one price and when you get to the register they add taxes for certain things as they ring it up and then add taxes again after the total. I feel they're charging taxes twice so I asked the manager about it and they said they add the taxes. I suggested that they change the price on the board so people would know and they said they'll change the board I feel I'm being mislead about the price and double tax
