I was told by the staff to and I quote " quit running my mouth" after making a statement "I should of never came here. Nothing but trouble for last 2 months. 300$ later and I STILL don't have my contacts or prescription. "Your just going to have to wear the lenses you got. We are not ordering anymore." The contacts never fit right after the 2nd day. Immediately call to tell them only to be spoken to EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. Resolution Sought Not allow "Alicia" to deal with ANY CUSTOMERS as she has no concern or care for the customer and thinks she can talk to anyone however she wants.
