I placed an order from this company in October of this year and received communication around November 1. 2021 that my order was shipped. I received the order a few days later and it was missing one of the sets I ordered. I received another email a day or so later saying my order was complete. This is then when I reached out them stating I received only one item and asking if the other outfit was shipping separately. I communicated through email and social media with no response back from any of my communication responses. After 4 or 5 attempts I stopped reaching out. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund for the item that I never received.
