Not give people estimates for work that does not need to be performed.

I took my 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in for an alignment. Had the alignment performed. Upon inspection they wrote up an estimate for front and rear pads, rotors and calipers. I took my vehicle to have Portland auto body inspect my brakes they said the brakes are almost brand new.
