I have had so much trouble trying to come to an amicable resolution with Exploria Resorts. I have told them a number of times how this timeshare has not been beneficial to us the way they told us it would be. It has cost a huge amount of money and we don't have any of the benefits to show for it. On top of that, I have lost my husband and no one in my family or close circle wants to deal with this timeshare. There is no way I can give it to someone else. I have expressed all of the many problems we have had with this timeshare and we can't seem to get the help we need. It amazes me how a company like this is able to get away with doing the things they do to the owners. How is it fair and legal to convince people to buy into these timeshares knowing they can't produce the things they promise them? This has put my family in a very bad position by giving us the impression it would be no problem getting rid of this. I would like for them to be held responsible for the lies they have told and the broken promises they have made. I need to have this timeshare ended right away. Please provide me with any direction you can give to have this resolved. Resolution Sought Let me out of this contract.

We have been trying to come to a resolution with Exploria Resorts for quite some time. We reluctantly signed an agreement with them for a timeshare that does not actually work the way they explained. We were trapped in their meeting for hours after telling them several times that we did not want to participate in their timeshare. They pushed until we finally felt obligated to sign with them. We told them several times that we did not want the timeshare because of the cost and what it takes to keep it up. They pushed until we finally gave in to the promises they made about how we could get the best vacation options for little or nothing. They also put us into an exchange program and added funds to a credit card, all so that we would not pay anything out of pocket. It was all a trap! Unfortunately, we are now trying to get out of it. It is not what we were promised. We have tried to express our concerns to the resort directly, but we seem to keep getting the same answer each time to pay it off and get rid of it ourselves. We are not willing to continue giving money to this company after they have not been truthful with us. We would like to have this timeshare terminated as soon as possible. Resolution Sought Terminate our contract and take responsibility for their wrong doing.

The instructions were to contact your department to explain the problems we have with our timeshare ownership. We have already reached out to your company with our request and we have yet to get any help. It is very easy for your representatives to say things verbally and have them misconstrued but putting things in writing is what is desired moving forward. We have had too much trouble with phone calls over the years that have not been beneficial. We need to know what process to take to end this contract and be done with this timeshare. We made it clear from day one that this would not be something we could afford or benefit from. Your representatives assured us this would work for us and the cost would not be an issue. We are now suffering from the struggle we were told we would not have to worry about. This experience has been horrible and we would like to get out.
