I reached out to Capital Vacation to cancel, Joe told me that me it would cost $11,316 .00 to exit. That's ridiculous. I followed up with Rhonda she said I couldn't exit. I just want out of this timeshare. Resolution Sought I want to cancel my timeshare and not to pay over ten grand to do it. I shouldn't have to pay them anything. I already own the whole thing and they're just going to resell it

We are sorry for Mr. Menke's experience with Capital Vacations has been less than stellar The owners have requested to be on our Do Not Call list in our systems. Agents of Capital Vacations have communicated with Mr. Menke on multiple occasions about the requirements for exiting their contract. Mr. Menke state in their complaint that they requested their contract be cancelled. It was explained to Mr. Menke that they would need to pay any outstanding maintenance fees, Club Dues and Facility Fee, and pay the required exit fee. Capital Vacations developed a voluntary exit program, "Graceful Exit" as part of its work with ARDA to assist owners who are paid in full, who are current on all Club Dues, Facility Fees and Common Assessment Fees, and who are willing to pay a Graceful Exit Fee. In the event an owner complies with all of the requirements set forth above, CV offers to release those owners that wish to participate from any future contract obligations. Mr. Menke had declined to pay the required balances. If Mr. Menke would like to move forward with the Graceful Exit, please have him contact our Financial Services team Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) at 833-849-0301 to discuss payment options.

I AM GETTING SCAMMED! I regrettably bought a timeshare and after much back and forth, they have agreed to let me out. ONLY AFTER I PAY THEM OVER $5,000!!!!!!!! I reached out to their rep Ericka Ranney for help about this, but she won't respond and I feel like they are just letting this fall through the cracks. Resolution Sought I want out of this timeshare and I don't want to be bled dry. I am willing to meet them on a reasonable middle ground, but they won't even answer me.
