I would like the company to display and provide names of all their dentists and license numbers, both in the practice and on their website.

I visited summit family dentistry because my tooth was hurting. The dentist said I have 8 cavities so I will need to come back for multiple visits. After my 1st visit my mouth was throbbing and continued to throb for 1 month. I've never experienced this before when getting a simple cavity done. On top of that, she didn't get my bite right when finished doing the cavities! So now my mouth is out of whack. Likely a bad dentist, I thought. But that's just the beginning...
Issue begins below-->>>> So I asked her for her full name, which no one told me before seeing her. She told me her name is Dr. Lee. Then I asked her for her full name, and she finally said Eu Lee. And I asked where she went to dental school, and all she said was Virginia. That's all I could get from her. No license number or anything, and certainly nothing displayed in this business.
