Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I started doing turns for apartments at the Brandt apartments. When I got my COI stating that I had a million dollar insurance this lady named Vicky asked me to come in so we can have a sit down face to face. At that time we talked agreed on the quotes that I gave her and at the end I thought it was weird that she never asked me for my banking information to get paid so I asked her hey do you want my banking information and her exact words were no once you do a turn invoice it and once you invoice it I'll send it in and they'll send me a check I'll print it off and you can get it I was like okay cool. After 2 weeks I had already turned two apartments and I didn't get paid for them so I go up and ask about being paid and then she tells me we're on a 30-day term which I don't understand how they can make my terms when they're using my services I did not agree to that. Been two weeks in already I bet the bullet and I kept working well after 30 days nothing she kept telling me lie after lie after lie. As of today I have not received a penny from this place and I really believe they are scamming people because I've known this place and I've known contractors to come none of them stay and I guarantee the reason why is cuz they do not pay their bills. The lady told me something different every single day and said oh it'll be tomorrow it'll be this week and it'll be this day and never none of them happened she had an excuse every day. Resolution Sought I would like for them to pay what they owe me because when everybody else left because they didn't tell them they were on a 30-day term I was the only one there on the weekends when nobody else was there through the week every day working my tail off and never got paid for none of it. I just want my money.
