This business fraudulently used my American express card and despite given all necessary information have refused to corporate or return my monies. Resolution Sought Reimbursement of 750.00.

Company states; Refer to the letter received yesterday, we need customer's cash receipt and a copy of gift card (front & back), date and time they purchased. We are doing an online business, and the card they presented was Gift Card, we can't deteremine the real card holder. For your information, our maximum amount accepting is $500 /Gift card/transaction. Don't know why customer said is $750? Thanks, Yours sincerely, Sumos
