Consumer alleges your company has not delivered the Sunday newspaper as paid for. Consumer paid for the Sundays newspaper at $20 for 52 weeks, two weeks ago. To date you have missed two Sundays of the paper. When she callas she is told they will both be delivered and they have not. She is told that the problem is being looked into and that supervisor will return her call to no avail. Consumer has not received the newspaper as agreed. Consumer wants your company to deliver the newspaper including the past missed Sundays, and for it to be regularly delivered on time. Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to deliver the newspaper including the past missed Sundays, and for it to be regularly delivered on time.

our newspaper delivery man is not consistent, for the last 3 weeks he has not delivered our paper on Sunday. Why should we have to call to have our paper delivered. Maybe i should cancel or subscription. Please try to resolve this issue. Resolution Sought Have another delivery driver deliver our paper.
