Yesterday 04/28/2024, I bought two one way tickets from MN to FL and for my return flight back I didn't realize that it was for June and I needed it for in may so I called and they charged me 120 dollars plus the 88, I had already paid and then without asking they went and charged my card the two times for both of those tickets but if I would have known it was that much I would have gone to someone else. but not did they only do that but I got an email saying there was a credit card application in progress and I already have a credit card and no credit to even get pulled for another one so they went stand pulled my credit putting me in the negatives and now I don't know what to do cause now I'm out over $300 in flights but now my credit is all messed up. Resolution Sought Give me my money back and figure out how they can fix my credit.
