I contracted with them in September of 2021 and started making payments in December 2021. As of today the complete job that I am paying for is not complete. I have been trying to get them to take care of what I am paying for and their rep states that I would receive reimbursement of payments of job wasn't complete and I can't get them to respond. I have all emails and promises from them and no calls back. Please help. Resolution Sought Fulfill the job and stand by what their rep Mike states would happen if job wasn't done in time.
