Does not honor 30 day return. Has no phone # for customer support. Does not honor warrantys. If you request RMA within the 30 Day period they string you along with questions that have nothing to do with returns. They scam you out of warrantys & returns. Requested to return item/Defective/not to spec. within 30 day period. The phone # listed , will not pick up calls or return calls. Emailed many times and got the run around. Was swapped between 4 service agents . Was told due to illness in family that my request would be delayed ???. Was asked to sent pictures of problems. Sent many Pictures and requested RMA Several times. Then was asked to sent videos of problem. Sent Videos, 9 total and 18 Pictures that showed Defective/ Bad product . Was asked to send picture of shipping carton and Pictures of any damage . I sent all things that they requested. They Offered Repair Parts Which Were On Back Order. ( Been on Back Order For 5 Months Now) I Emailed them Several Times request When the parts Would be in . I tried in good faith to fulfill everything they asked. I requested an Rma to Return Item For refund Within the Thurty Day Period but they assured me that they would have service Parts Soon. , but still Would not Issue me a RMA. In there return Policy states, that no Item will be accepted with out a RMA. They are Asking me to pay for return Shipping Cost on a defective/ Warranty item and I did request a RMA before the 30 Day Return Window. They wanted to sent me parts to r Resolution Sought Pay return shipping & refund.
