The company mention in the complaint put a pool liner in the liner has feel in the pool we have several times called the company and he has not come out to fix it. He has since not answered our calls to come our and fix the pool and now the water in the pool has turned black from sitting since late summer while waiting on him to come fix the issue. Resolution Sought All we want is for him to come out and replace the liner fix the pump and clean the pool.

The liner that was installed in the Hardee's pool was installed February of 2016 going on 6 years. All liner replacements have a 1 year labor and install warranty. There are many factors that can cause a liner to come out of track. If Ms. Hardee would like to purchase a new liner that would be something we could help her with.
