Customer Complaint

Ordered and paid for a bottle of Essential Oil on November 14, 2021. Was given a USPS tracking number and an e-mail stating my purchase was on its way. My account was marked Fulfilled on their website. A few days later I sent a message asking if my purchase had been posted at USPS. I was told my item was not currently in stock but it would be mailed as soon as it came in. Last week (about 7 weeks after my payment went through), I again began sending requests for correspondence and for a refund. I have received no reply from any of my inquiries. Resolution Sought I would like a refund of the amount paid ($19.06).
