I moved into an apartment February second through this business. I was advised move in would cost $625.00 x 3. I came to the apartment with $1500.00 cash and the agent Sean advised me I would get my lease later. I received the lease and it showed I was charged $1500 which included a $500 pet fee amongst other charges I was not aware of. It also showed I owed a remainder of $1175 which was a $475 maintenance fee and a $700 service charge. Keep in mind I already paid $1500. This house was listed for $625 monthly and now they added on extra fees and it is $825 monthly. (Not including the $1175). I moved in Feb 2nd and I was told everything would be fixed. My windows do not open. My sink leaks. My fridge does not work. My lights in most spots do not work. There's bugs. Someone else left urine all over my bathroom and toilet which I had to clean and is a health hazard. Someone kept glass all over the kitchen floor which I got cut on trying to clean it up. Why did I pay a maintenance fee if I did the maintenance? It's been three weeks and nothing has been done I have put in numerous requests and nothing. 3 weeks still no fridge. Still a leaking sink. This is insane to run a business like this. Too many health hazards. Thank you for hearing me out. Resolution Sought Compensation and for the business to actually help people!!

I sent them the deposit of 1615.00 on February 3, 2022 to reserve a house to rent 2 weeks later I called to see when I could move in and they had rented the property out to someone else. I asked for my deposit back have been going back and forth with them here we are April 15th 2022 and I have not received my deposit back. Resolution Sought To receive my deposit back.
