My brothers and I were supposed to experience a three hour ATV experience in the desert. Instead of taking the free shuttle, we drove ourselves . After only 5 minutes on the ATV it broke down. They had no replacement ATVs. My brother and I had to ride passenger in a 4 seater dune buggy with the instructor until the other riders in the tour were finished. We did not pay $200 a piece to ride passenger let alone not even an ATV. I explain to management what happened was offered a dune buggy ride imsteas of a refund. We declined because we had a plane to catch the next morning and a dinner/show that we already paid for to get to. I was told I would receive a full refund but issue was we purchased our tickets through Groupon. While in Sun buggy's home office. I reached out to Groupon and explain the situation. Groupon responded that Sun Buggy needed to send them an email authorizing the refund. I was then provided an email by Matt at Sun buggy who told me that within 24 hours he would respond personally to Groupon to issue the full refund because he had to wait to corroborate with the instructor that the ATVs did break down out on the course. Of course, Matt never sent an email to Groupon or answered any of my calls and emails. It's been over a month and they have yet to respond to any of my requests for the refund. This is very unprofessional . They did not provide the services outlined in the contract. Please help. Resolution Sought Provide me a full refund as promised.
