They installed our solar panels. The system broke 3 times already.. It's out of power for 2 weeks now. The person I dealt with is not working for them anymore. It looks like the company is out of business. I am not sure how deal with it . Resolution Sought Money back at least

This customer's system is fully operational and working fine. We give every one of our customers access to an app that has their system production. Because the customer has this app, it's their responsibility to tell us when it isn't working. When we get notified of an issue, we troubleshoot within a reasonable timeframe. We will not be offering them a settlement. When we fixed it, we noticed the customer had a broken breaker, which we replaced free of charge. We have gone above and beyond to help this customer get his system operating smoothly. SUNco is not out of business. The customer's solar is operating.
