May 6th I have purchased Hairish Secure Wig Clipper. According to their website to deliver to NZ was going to take 3- 5 working days and it been over a month with no communication. I traced the tracking number to find our the parcel has been stopped somewhere so many times. I emailed the company to come back to me to say that it will get to me that I have to wait another 25 days. I asked if they can do anything about it for not delivery on time and no communication about it. As they seem to be unbothered I suggested they can give me a refund or a discount or even give me a product that to make my stressful of dealing with them much better. They said no to all of that. I asked if I could speak to manager they ignored that part so now I'm sick and tired of their excuses and I would like a refund they can take their product which I don't even know where it is stuck now, they do got tracking number they can check and get it back I would like my money back. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they cause stress and we pay for the item we expect to receive it on time or something have to be done to make it up you can't just be greedy want to take money and you don't care about customers feelings unbelievable and unacceptable behavior. Any third part dealing with this company I recommend remove yourself don't allow this company to ruin your reputation no one should societe with this worse company. Bad bad bad bad rip of company Resolution Sought Refund or give me a discount of half price. I don't even need anymore product from them as I was thinking before bcz I know I'm not going to get it. From their behavior you can tell they grabber and unprofessional so can't deal with them anymore enough is enough I gave them chances so many emails exchanged between me and them no sense from their reply and I can't be teaching them how to run their business by explaining that if they make mistakes that they have to do something to make customers
