Nick from Sundance and the Grand Ledge area sold me a 2016 Ford Focus and did not tell me that it had a bad transmission. He said Sundance will pay for half of it and I have to come up with the other half and we're talking over $2,000. I'm not that rich I cannot afford that Resolution Sought I would just like to have my money back so I can go to another dealership and buy a car that I can actually drive.

Company states; Sundance is aware of this situation and has informed the customer that we are willing to help with the repairs. This is a problem with these Focus under certain years according to Ford. We had advised the customer of this and told them we would assist in this taken care of with a local dealer we use in Ford repairs. Currently, the customer is not returning our calls or answering the phone. Se we are unaware of the current situation with them. Thanks, Sundance Chevrolet
