Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

January of 2023 was contacted by phone, from Sunder Energy, inquiring if it's be interested in going solar. I had been googling information on it. What the seller was explaining sounded really good and very reasonable. By end of Feb, they came out and did a 3-4 hour inspection on my home. A week later they said everything was great and they would proceed. All this time I was doing the needed paperwork to get a loan, the loan was approved. I was told by the seller I would NOT have a loan payment until 2weeks after solar was turned on. In March I got a call that I needed a new electrical panel installed, which cost $3000. I complained to the seller and he agreed that they would cover that cost because I was told EVERYTHING passed inspection, new panel was installed They came out April 18-19 and the panels were installed. The city came out and did a final inspection which did not pass due to my roof not being structurally sound enough based on Oregon standards. City inspector gave Freedom Forever who installed the solar the needed adjustments that they would need to make to reinforce my roof. That took 4 or 5 different submissions by Freedom 4ever to finally be approved. During this 5 week process my first loan payment started on May 15th. Since that time I have been ignored by the seller and his branch manager, regarding getting someone out to do the job. I try calling freedom 4 ever and they push it back on the seller who won't answer my calls I'm paying for nothing Resolution Sought Fix the structural issue NOW Or take off the panels and close my loan!! Sooner than later. I'm out a loan payment and having to pay an electrical bill.
