oil and fuel filter replaced by non caring unskilled individuals oil handful all over truck bottom

Brought the truck in on a Tuesday for oil and fuel filter change and check engine light, Didn't get it back until Friday.
Noticed drips on my driveway. Checked bottom of truck and there was oil handful all over it,
I have picture
