The vendor provided equipment has not function in several months. We are being billed for the equipment but it does not work. We are not generating any solar power and have not been doing so in the past several months….we requested that it be fixed and it has not been fixed several months have gone by with no action at all. Resolution Sought I would like the contract canceled and all of the vendors equipment removed from my house. This is fraud. We were promised that there would be some sort of offset with our power bill, but we are seeing absolutely no benefit to this whatsoever. It is only benefiting the vendor and we are being ripped off.

Consumer alleges she has not had service for 7 months and it's impossible to get a technician out to their home. Cosnumer has had a lease with your company for about 10 years for solar panels. Not once has her system been serviced. As of February 7, 2025 she has not had solar signal for her panels. She has called numerous times trying to a technician out to repair the problem however no one is available. She cannot get a date and time of when someone can be out. She has been paying faithfully up until yesterday. She completely stopped payment because she has not had service for seven months. Consumer wants this issue resolved immediately and reimbursed for the months without service.
