I already paid my bill , this company withdrew multiple unauthorized payments when my file was up to date and now again they are trying to charge me the same amount it was take out without authorization they are not resolving my issue my bill in up to date they also didn't tell me when one of my payments didn't go thru in the past charging interest rates that are astronomical. Resolution Sought Make sure this company does the correct thing, make my account up to day and return my money that I already had paid them the amount they withdrew from my account

I signed a contract, then canceled well within the 7 business day timeframe. It's been almost a month and they still have not completed my cancelation request. Resolution Sought Cancel my contract as they are required to do by law.
