Contracted with Sunnova (currently.in bankruptcy status and was lied too repeatedly. At the time I was paying well over 1k/month.on my.electric bill.and after trying on multiple occasions to get my delima resolved and no meaningful corrections were offered other than Eversource reducing my monthly bill to $500. Resolution Sought Cancel my contract which has now been acquired by Sun Strong Management so I don't even knownw know if they will respond to any service calls etc.

The vendor provided equipment has not function in several months. We are being billed for the equipment but it does not work. We are not generating any solar power and have not been doing so in the past several months….we requested that it be fixed and it has not been fixed several months have gone by with no action at all. Resolution Sought I would like the contract canceled and all of the vendors equipment removed from my house. This is fraud. We were promised that there would be some sort of offset with our power bill, but we are seeing absolutely no benefit to this whatsoever. It is only benefiting the vendor and we are being ripped off.
