My husband & I needed a plumber, which are hard to find in our area. We called Sunny Mex. They blew us off for 3 days. When they finally did come, it was after 5 on a Tuesday. I was the only one home. I am disabled. I use a walker. We have a german shepherd who stays by my side. They asked me if I could kennel her. It is difficult for me to do it, but I did it. However, when I got back to the door they were driving off, even though I was yelling & waving at them. Later, they told my husband that my dog almost bit his son, which never happened, & they refused to come back. Resolution Sought Apologize & do their job!
