Consumer states; I have been having major issues with Sun Power Comp for the solar panel for two and a half months , I called 10 time and I get the same exact response from the tech department. Sun power tells me every time I call , " that no one from there subcontractors are not returning there call or email , and that they have to send my case manager an email Alvin Fraid and submitted another reassignment order. For some reason the tech department never calls or contact me or send a tech to our home. To fix the issue. I'm sending Sun power $159 a month and I am getting over $400 for the last two month and that another issue my UI before the panels my UI was less then 123 a month and is only two people in the house and we work all day long. I got the angels because is suppose to be cheaper and is costing me more money then before. Resolution Sought Consumer states; Sun power technical support is the worse. I need help please . My ticket number is 03720929 (Spanish Lease).

They will not respond to work orders, emails, phone calls, etc. and have left us with solar panels that are not operational. Our solar panels have been non-functional for about 8 months now and they just send me in circles telling me they will call back after they look into it, or email back, and never do. I've spent multiple hours on the phone with them, and emails to them with no reply or resolve. This is a company that is not actually doing the job I'm paying them to do. We are stuck having to pay a lease for our panels that they won't take care of (which the whole point of leasing vs. buying). And since they are leased panels, we're not allowed to legally hire our own technician to take care of them and therefore we are stuck in a very bad place with solar panels that need to be repaired and cannot get repaired. Resolution Sought The business to do their job in taking care of leased solar panels or be able to sell out our lease to another company that will take care of us.
