Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I was promised a lower electric bill but now I am paying more than before with the solar payment. sales rep will not return my calls. I contacted the electric company and they told me that then panels put in was not near enough for my home. They installed a 7.7kwh system the electric company said it should have been a 20 kwh system to run my home Resolution Sought I want the correct system put in or a 2/3 refund
